Due to the personalized and digital nature of our services and products, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once an order has been placed and payment has been processed.
All reports, readings, consultations, and related services are delivered electronically via email and/or conducted through Zoom or other online communication platforms. Because these services are customized specifically for each client and no physical merchandise is shipped, purchases are non-refundable.
Errors & Corrections
Please ensure that all information submitted at checkout is accurate, including your name, birth date, and any questions provided for your reading.
If you notice an error in the information submitted, contact us as soon as possible on our online Contact page. We will make reasonable efforts to correct the information prior to the completion of your report or session at no additional charge.
Third-Party Merchandise
From time to time, we may offer physical merchandise such as apparel, artwork, or accessories through third-party fulfillment providers including Printify.
Refunds, returns, replacements, and shipping matters related to third-party merchandise may be subject to the policies of the applicable fulfillment provider.
